Mrs. Pringle sent me a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Grace went to a
wonderful home and is very happy.
Thank You Mrs. Pringle

Dear Sue,
I am glad that you received the flowers and I hope you know that I am so grateful to you
for raising such a dear, dear puppy. She had a great checkup at the vets. Will get the
remainder of her shots on schedule. I will be taking her in every three weeks for the time
being. We start Puppy Training for four weeks next Saturday. I will have her spayed in
September. She already walks with me several times a day. Obeys come and sit. She is
puppy pad trained and is doing pretty well on going outside. I give her a treat every time
she goes out in the yard. She loves my garden. Bats at the roses with her paws and chases
rabbits like a hound dog. I love when she falls asleep in my lap and snores. She is truly
darling and very social with all my neighbors and their kids and dogs. She has given me
a new lease on life and I love her to bits. I will stay in touch and again thank you for your
work. I have given your card to some of my neighbors, If you think of it send me some
more. Fondly, Carole
P. S. The first night I put her in the laundry room and put up the baby gate. I went to bed
and set my alarm for 6:30. The alarm went off and I woke up thinking, what a great dog ,
she never even cried during the night. Well, as I went to get out of bed, I threw back the
covers, and there she was at the foot of the bed all curled up and sound asleep.
She had wiggled and worked the gate so she could get out and climbed two flights of
stairs to find me. Needless to say she will be in the bedroom at night. I am going to put
her crate in the bay window area so she will be with me. What a cutie!!!

Cooper
Hi Sue,
Cooper is the sweetest, most intelligent dog. he is well on his way to being
potty trained...he's almost there, and that strategy of putting him...for a minute
in the bathroom if he bites my ankles has worked perfectly. Now all I have to
say is no and he pretty much stops.
Hope all is well with you and thank you for the joy of our puppy. he is a winner!

He is the sweetest thing.  this  morning he woke up at 5am because my son
put him into his crate at 9:30... earlier  than I would have if I were
home...and after going out and playing for a little, he went back into
his crate without a problem, and I went back to bed for a little
while. He is such a love and has already brought SO much joy to our
family!!! thank you for everything!
Hi Sue,
Well, it has been an eventful couple of days with
Cooper. Two days ago we were outside and he went in
between 2 shrubs in our yard and came out with a
recently dead chipmunk!!!! It was so big...compared to
his mouth...it looked like a guinea pig! I screamed at
the top of my lungs (I am very afraid of rodents) and
he burrowed into the holly bush with it in his mouth.
Fortunately, my brave neighbor came over and plowed
her way through the bush and got it out of his mouth!
In a way, it was good because it reminds me that he is
a dog...even thopugh our neighbors keep calling him
"the baby." What a moment!

Today, my son Eddie was home with him and he thought Cooper was in the kitchen...he is usually
blocked in there with screens until he is trained...and he kept calling his name. He finally found
him UPSTAIRS...under our bed...where we store tons of shoes!!! he probably thought he died and
went to puppy heaven, because he loves shoes!!!

We couldn't figure out how he got up the stairs because he doesn't do stairs...in fact we called him
up, just to try to figure out how he did it, and he was all sea legs. Goes to show his persistence1 he
is a darling....and very smart. he will pee on command because we give him a little treat when he
does. can't wait for you to see him!

Hi Sue,
Hope all is well with you. I was going to email you tomorrow (and I will ) to let you know the latest stats on
Cooper. he has an appt at the vets. he continues to bring our family so much joy...I can't even tell you...we just
sit around laughing at all the funny things he does! Almost every day, i bring him to a park... a huge park that
used to be a dump...believe it or not, and was "capped over" and dirt put on top...and it has 6 miles of walking
trails, soccer fields, etc. it is an awesome place overlooking the Charles River. Lots of people go there with
their dogs...it is so much fun. people with their pets are much nicer that people on their own...animals seem
to bring out the best in all of us!

We are going on a family vaca and the cottage we rent won't let us bring pets. My son esp. keeps saying
"Cooper, how am I going to go a whole 2 wks without seeing you?"  we feel like we hit the jackpot as we
found a recent college grad...we know the family...and Charles just started a pet business and is going to live
here for our vaca. he loves animals and even said he would bring Cooper with him on his walking
assignments with his dog clients...for no additional charge. he is going to fall in love with Cooper...he is just
that sweet! i promise to send a picture hopefully in my next email after our appt tomorrow!
Thanks for the joy...
Carolann
HI Sue,
FYI...He is 11 lbs and very healthy. Cooper had the rabies
shot today and the vet strongly recommended training
classes. He is growing into his own and we need to get the
upper hand...be the alpha dog,as you say! The pictures
being forwarded from my daughter's camera say it all! hope
all is well with you these days.

Hi Sue,

Hope all is well with you. Just checking in about Cooper. I promise to send a picture soon...maybe from my
daughter's camera!

he continues to be the best dog. He is so friendly with other dogs...loves to play...but also seems to have alot of
social skills...sounds ridiculous for a dog...but he knows when to back off with other dogs and leave dogs
alone that do not want to play. he has plenty of chances to play with dogs as I take him to a park near our
house that is huge fields and far from any cars or streets...lots of people bring their dogs...and I let him run
(with the leash on!) and he plays and plays. He is very social!

he weighs about 16 lbs now. He is like a rag doll. Everyone comments on how cute he is! i walk him twice in
the AM. he pees and poops right away...within 1 minute...and then I take him for a longer walk before going to
work. he stays in the kitchen...we block it off with screens to keep him safe...and we have someone come mid
day to take him out...and then I get home from school around 3pm and take him to the park that I mentioned for
a run/play.

My son had a dream the other night that you called and said that you needed the dog back...so it made me
think of you. i don't know if you are a spiritual person...but someone said to me that dog is God spelled
backwards! i really feel that that is true. Thanks you again for the joy that he brings to us! Without you...and
your willingness to sell him to us for the price we could afford...we would not have all this joy!

I will send you a picture soon! if you ever come to Boston, i would love to meet you!

take care
carolann
Hi Sue,Sorry for no picture yet. Hope to send you one this weekend. I am technologically
compromised...i need help to do it and hope to have time this weekend.

Everywhere I go with Cooper, people comment on how cute and sweet he is. I am not crazy..I am a
dog lover, but he is by far the best dog I have ever had. he has the temperament of a golden and
the intelligence of a poodle. he is so friendly...but does not push himself on people. people always
comment on his wonderful disposition and his cuteness. he is like a walking teddy bear! no matter
what he is doing, he comes right away when he is called, and that is not because we trained him so
well...he just does it!

Anyway, today at the park, a woman asked what he was and commented on how he was the perfect
size (he weighs about 20 lbs now) and I told her about you. I remembered your website and told her
I would bring the info in hopes I may run into her in the
future, but she walked back to her car and wrote the website info down. She may be contacting you.

i decided that I am going to carry a copy of your business card with me in the bag I carry with the
dog baggies and his ball because i would like to be able to share the info if anyone asks me in the
future. I am not exaggerating at all when I say that daily people ask about him. We really hit the
jackpot with him. not that I have any reason to think you need the business, but rather want to
share the joy with anyone who is interested. i don't know much about breeding, but he is just such a
great dog and I remember the vet saying he had been socialzed well when we got him...and maybe
it is the unique mix of his parents. i don't know

hope all is well with you
