Your puppy has been health checked by a licensed veterinarian as evidenced by a current health certificate issued by the state of Arkansas. Your puppy is guaranteed for 48 hours (2 days) after leaving the seller's care against any kind of preventable illnesses. If your regular veterinarian is not available, the buyer is required to take the puppy to another veterinarian or this guarantee will be null and void. If the puppy is determined to be in poor health, as evidenced by the provision of two (2) unassociated veterinarian reports, and our veterinarian's concur, the buyer will be given the option of either keeping the puppy assuming all cost for its care, or returning the puppy along with the registration papers for a replacement puppy, when a like animal is available of the same breed, sex and Equal or Lesser Value. All the costs incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. No cash refunds will be given. The puppy is guaranteed for one year from the puppy’s date of birth for any life threatening congenital/hereditary disorders or six months from the date of purchase on older dogs. Any known fault will be disclosed in advance and in writing. There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee. The seller is not responsible for stress related illness such as hypoglycemia, colds, coccidia, giardia, nor kennel cough. The following things are not covered in the health guarantee molero,internal/external parasites, physical problems which is or could be the result of injury (hip dysplasia), collapsing trachea, hernias, non decending testicals, luxating patellas, open fontanels, cherry eyes or breed ability. The buyer is advised to contact a veterinarian for treatment immediately if any symptoms occur. Please do not take the puppy into public places unless absolutely necessary, until the puppy has had all it's vaccinations (as recommended by your veterinarian) to insure immunity against disease. There is no guarantee against negligence or injury. The puppy will have current wormings and vaccination(s) at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the buyer to keep the vaccinations and wormings current. If in the event of death, the buyer (at the buyer’s expense) must provide the seller a letter stating cause of death from two (2) unassociated veterinarians along with the microchip and a copy of the necropsy report. If the cause of death is determined to be due to a congenital medical condition, an arrangement for a replacement puppy of equal or lesser quality will be made. All puppies are sold as companion pets. Any breeding of said puppy will automatically null the guarantee. Buyer must contact the seller as soon as the puppy has been spayed/neutered to receive the registration papers. Buyer must send a copy of the spayed/neutered procedure within 30 days or contract is nulled. The seller does not guarantee color, size, fertility, or temperament of any puppy. The seller is not responsible for any debts the buyer may incur regarding said puppy (veterinarian, grooming, etc...) The buyer is responsible for any shipping fees which include crates that are needed to deliver the puppy safely. A deposit of $300 is required to hold the puppy and is non-refundable. Full payment is due fourteen (14) days prior to shipping. Shipment of this puppy by air carrier is at the risk of the buyer . All precautions will be taken to assure that your puppy is properly crated and cared for, but the breeder is not responsible for any unforeseen occurrences on the part of the air carrier, air personnel or airport handlers. When the puppy reaches 8 weeks and is ready to go to new home, if he is not picked up and paid in full a charge of $10.00 per day will be added to the price of the puppy unless other arrangements has been made. Boarding fee is an extra $50 a week. Buyer will also be charged for any additional vet, and vaccination charges. This guarantee is not valid if the puppy is sold or given to a third party. Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of Arkansas, in the county of Faulkner. It is agreed that the place of venue of any litigation or arbitration shall be in Faulkner County, Arkansas and shall not exceed the purchase price of any said puppy. ***If for some reason the puppy needs to be re homed at any point throughout its life, we will do our best to work with the family to find a new home unless the buyer finds a great home first or the seller will be gladly to take the puppy back at owner expense. We do not want any puppy/dog that we have produced to enter into a shelter or fall into an abusive cycle elsewhere. If you the buyer contacts the seller and advise them that they are planning to sell the puppy, the contract is nulled weather you sell the puppy or not.
